A fitness influencer said that eating chocolate every day keeps her on track, and there’s a good reason for that.
Liz, who has over 100,000 Instagram followers who call her “Liz Bites Back,” is known for sharing fitness tips online.
In a recent post, she explained why it can be good to eat chocolate from time to time to help you get fitter.
The gym-goer posted photos of herself eating chocolate and said it’s okay to treat yourself once in a while.

She said that people shouldn’t think of any food as “bad” because they need to find a balance to keep their bodies healthy.
Liz also said that the key to success is to make habits instead of setting rules, so you don’t fall off the waggon too often.
Writing on Instagram, Liz said: “IT IS CALLED BALANCE BECAUSE NO FOOD IS BAD OR OFF LIMITS!
“I do work out and eat a lot of protein, but I still eat chocolate every day.
“Yes, sometimes it is better to have the option with more protein or more nutrients.
“But sometimes it’s better to just give in and have the chocolate you want.

“You can eat anything, so eat the foods you love. The more you restrict yourself, the stronger your cravings get, which makes you more likely to binge and feel out of control.
“Find a balance between foods that make your body feel good and foods that make your soul feel good.”
Liz also said that it’s not good for people to bother too much about health.
For some people, she said, progress can be as simple as being able to eat a chocolate bar without feeling bad about it.
She said that the key to success is to find a good balance and eat foods that are good for both your body and your soul.
